Extended Warranty – What It Covers

Our Extended Warranty provides additional protection beyond the standard health guarantee.

This coverage applies in situations where a serious condition develops that is not the result of a confirmed genetic defect or an unforeseeable accident, but rather arises over time due to complex or external factors. These may include conditions such as hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, patella issues, epilepsy, or other health problems that can occur as a result of nutrition, growth management, physical strain, injury, training, or other environmental influences.

If such a condition leads to a situation where the dog’s quality of life is severely compromised and euthanasia becomes necessary, and it is determined that the cause is non-genetic and non-accidental, the Extended Warranty applies.

Under this warranty, you may receive a replacement puppy either free of charge or at 50% of the original purchase price. The final decision depends on the specific circumstances and will be determined fairly, based on veterinary documentation and overall case evaluation.

The Extended Warranty is available for an additional $1,000 at the time of purchase.

This coverage is valid only for dogs up to 6 years of age. It does not apply to senior dogs, as age-related conditions are a natural part of the aging process.
